Editorial Policy

This page explains how the guides and product pages on Diploma Offers are written, checked and updated, so you can judge how much weight to give them.

Who writes the content

Guides are written by the team that handles orders and customer questions. That means the topics come from real enquiries: how to frame a diploma, what to do when one is lost, which document sizes fit which frame, and how digital and printed formats differ.

How we research

  • Official sources for procedural questions: school district and state education department pages, university registrar guidance, and standards bodies for paper sizes.
  • Order data for practical questions: which sizes are requested, which formats are chosen for framing, and where customers most often make a mistake.
  • Manufacturer guidance for material claims: paper weights, glazing types and UV filtering are described as the suppliers describe them.

How we handle the legal and academic side

We describe what a document is for, and we are explicit about what it is not. Reproductions sold here are novelty items for display, keepsake and prop use. They carry no academic standing, cannot be verified, and must not be submitted as proof of a qualification. Where a guide touches on official replacement, it points to the issuing body rather than to us.

Product pages

Product descriptions state what is included, the size, the stock and the format options. They do not make claims about official validity, accreditation or recognition, because those claims would be false.

Corrections

If you find an error in a guide, email support@diplomaoffers.com with the page and the correction. Factual errors are fixed and the page is updated rather than left as is.

Updating

Guides that reference prices, sizes or procedures are reviewed when those things change. Prices in particular are checked whenever the product catalogue changes.

Use of automation

Some drafting and formatting work is assisted by software, but every page is reviewed by a person before publication, and product claims are checked against the actual item being sold.

Independence

We sell the products described in these guides. That is a conflict of interest, and we handle it by stating it plainly: when a guide recommends an official replacement route instead of a display copy, that is the honest answer even though it costs us a sale.
