Every document we sell is printed to order, which means the process matters as much as the design. This page explains how a document moves from your order to your door, and what we check along the way.
1. Order and brief
You supply the details: the name as it should appear, the institution, the award or program, the graduation year, and any seal or signature conventions you want matched. If you have a photo of the original, we work from that instead of a description.
2. Layout and typography
We rebuild the document rather than stretch a low-resolution image. That means real text, correct proportions and consistent spacing. The layout follows the convention of the institution and country: letter size for US formats, A4 for UK and European, larger stock for some doctorates.
3. Proof
Before anything is printed you receive a free digital proof. Check spelling, dates, the institution name and the seal position. This is the cheapest moment to change anything, and corrections at proof stage are free.
4. Print
Documents are printed on heavy document stock with a matte finish. Seals are applied in the style the original used: flat print, embossed, or gold foil. We do not use glossy photo paper, because it reads as a printout rather than a document.
5. Quality check
Every sheet is inspected after printing for registration, colour drift and edge damage. Anything that fails is reprinted before dispatch rather than shipped with a note.
6. Packing and dispatch
Documents ship flat in a rigid mailer so they arrive without creases. Tracking is included, and international orders are sent with the paperwork required for customs.
What we do not do
- We do not produce records that are, or claim to be, official documents.
- We do not issue documents on behalf of any school, university or state authority.
- We do not provide verification, transcripts of record, or anything that could be submitted as proof of a qualification.
- We will not produce a document for use in fraud, and we decline orders that state that intent.
Materials and sizing
Standard sizes are US letter (8.5 x 11 in) and A4 (8.27 x 11.69 in). Oversized doctorate formats are listed on the product page. If you are not sure about the stock, request a free paper sample before ordering.
Why this matters
A reproduction is judged on the details: paper weight, typeface, seal placement and the way the signatures sit on the page. Getting those right is the whole job, and it is why every order goes through a proof rather than straight to print.
