Proofing and approval
Before printing, every order is sent to you as a free digital proof for review and approval. This is your chance to check the details — name, school, dates, wording and finishes. Once you approve the proof, production begins. Please double-check every detail on the proof before approving it.
Cancellations
- Orders not yet in production can be cancelled for a full refund of amounts paid.
- Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled and the production fee is non-refundable.
Errors on our side
If we make an error in producing your document — for example a spelling mistake, wrong layout or a production defect — we will reprint and re-ship it free of charge, or refund the order in full if you prefer.
Approved proofs and personalisation
Because the document is printed with the details you approved, we cannot refund orders that were produced correctly from an approved proof, including where you later notice a detail you wish had been different. If you need a correction, contact us — we will be happy to quote a small reprint fee.
Digital products
Downloads and digitally delivered products that have been received are non-refundable.
Samples
Free samples are provided at our discretion. We are not able to refund postage costs for sample deliveries.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@diplomaoffers.com with your order number and a short explanation. We will review your case and reply within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
